There are no limitations in regards to the number of requests. The only caveat is that your designer is a human, not a machine. Therefore they can only do one thing at a time (2 hands, 1 computer). If you have more than 1 request in your design queue, your designer will work on them one by one until they’re all complete. And you can always switch priorities as much as you need. As you grow and need more design work done at the same time, you can add more designers to your account. We’re built for scale. Some of our clients have over 6 designers working for them at any time.

Deer Designer work as a subscription model, which means that when you sign up, you get charged on a monthly basis but you’re never tied to a contract. Whenever you need a break or are having a slow month, you can pause your plan anytime. That way, all files and links will remain active and you can re-enable your account whenever you want. Since we focus on building a relationship between you and your design team, the longer you work with your deer designer team the better will be your designs and the faster they’ll get to you. If you think the service is not working for you, just drop us a quick email asking to cancel your subscription and you won’t be charged for anything else – and you can still use the service for the remaining of your billing period. Simple, hey?

You do. After we complete your designs, they’re yours to do whatever you like and we’re not responsible for how and where you use them. You get access not only to the final files (JPG/PNG/PDF) but also the editable layered files (PSD/AI/INDD). We might showcase them on our portfolio, so if you’re not happy with that, just let us know.

The Business Plan allows you to share your designer with 5 people in your team/company. Each of them will have their own account to send design requests. You can also request for them all to see each other’s tickets or only their own.

You sure can. From the moment we start working on a design request, as soon as the first update is sent to you, you’ll be able to access the editable layered files by going to the “design” folder of your ticket. If you make changes on the file, please make sure to send it back to your account manager so we always have the latest updated file in case you need revisions in the future. We currently work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign only.

Absolutely! If you need a break, you can pause your account and we will store everything for you until you have more design demand and decide to reactivate it. We’ll keep your files, links and requests active. You’ll still have access to everything but you won’t be able to request new designs or revisions while your account is on pause.

We’re not charging VAT/Tax at this moment, so there are no added taxes to the pricing. We will let our customers know if and when that changes.

All subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t get the value for you and your business, we’ll give you a full refund for your initial subscription fee within 14 days. You can read more about refunds on our T&Cs.

If you can explain what you want in an email, we can design it! Feel free to check a more comprehensive list of common tasks in our scope of service. If you need coding, copywriting, video editing or motion graphics, we’re probably not the best fit.

You can request as many designs as you need and your design team will work on your requests every business day. If you have changes to the designs, there’s no problem as you get unlimited revisions. The only limitation in speed is that designer is a person – not a robot, so they can only do one thing at a time. Having said that, nothing stops you from sending as many requests as you need and creating a queue/pipeline of requests. If you need more design work done at the same time, just request additional designers to your team.

Essentials account users get the first draft (or revision) in up to 2 business days, Business account users get it faster. Turnaround times can vary based on the complexity of each request/revision and the brief’s clarity and level of detail. You can always ask your account manager for an estimated time.
