The number of active tasks will depend on your plan. We keep 2 active design tasks in the Standard plan, 3 active design tasks in the Pro plan, and 4 active design tasks in the Agency plan.

It will usually take us 24 – 48 hours to deliver your designs. The time can be extended if you have a complex design request. However, if you have a time-sensitive project, you can talk to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your urgency.

We won’t stop working until you are 100% satisfied with your designs. You can ask your designer for as many changes as you need for that perfect design.

Yes, you can resell the designs that we will create for you. You will own and control the right to sell these designs in any way and at any price you want.

We have created a streamlined business model based on subscription. If you wish to receive our design services you will have to subscribe to our monthly membership plan.

Yes, you can request unlimited designs and revisions for one flat-rate every month. We’ll work through all your requests as quickly as possible in the order you submit them. If you need to change the order and prioritize a certain design, just let us know and we’ll accommodate your urgency.

A task will be considered active as long as a designer/developer is working on it. Once the task is submitted for approval, it’ll be handled by your account manager. So your designer will mark it as “submitted for approval” from their end and move on to complete another active task. They’ll return to this task again when you submit a revision request.

Nobody likes missing deadlines! If you have an urgent request, you can talk to your designer or our support team and we’ll try our best to meet your requirements.

You can ask for unlimited revisions from your designer.

The more descriptive you can be the better. Always include details about the size, orientation, format, colors, inspiration designs, and text copy while submitting a design request.

You can rest assured that there will be no hidden fees involved in our design process. You will only be charged a fixed amount monthly which will be inclusive of all taxes and fees.
