All clients can communicate via our project management system, Active Collab, which also integrates with email. If you’re using our Nuclear Option plan, you will be invited to RocketChat to be able to communicate in real-time with your designer.

When we say “unlimited”, we mean there are no limits. Our designers are only human, and there are only so many hours in the day. You can request as many things as you like. As long as you are a subscriber, work continues. A standard subscription gives you the dedicated care and attention of one designer, though if you need more work doing in a smaller timeframe or need it doing faster, you can upgrade your subscription.
Absolutely. We recommend The Nuclear Option if it is a large workload, though if it’s a one-off project, we recommend contacting us directly for a quote.
Work will be delivered in the format specified in the design brief. If you’re unsure, by default, we deliver source files, JPG and PNG for non-print, and we deliver source files, JPG, PNG and PDF with appropriate CMYK colour profile for print. Don’t be afraid to get specific with your requirements.
All artwork created during the duration of the subscription is owned by you in full.

A contract protects your interests in the business agreement, as well as Split An Atom. As we’ll be working remotely, trust needs to be established early, and a contract helps to make this happen quickly.
Active Collab allows you to see how a project is progressing as it happens. You can assign tasks and you’ll receive email notifications automatically as the project progresses.
Yes, you will receive a receipt automatically upon payment.
